Olga is a Machine Learning Engineer at Meta Reality Labs, working on training and inference efficiency across computer vision, speech, and LLMs. She helps Research Scientists hit their KPIs and deliver model quality gains, with fewer resources, by improving hardware utilization, sharing best practices, setting guidelines, and building dashboards. Alongside this, she develops agents to automate and accelerate the work.
