Cassidy Reid is the Head of Digital Transformation at CAI, where she leads AI and enterprise transformation initiatives focused on driving operational efficiency, innovation, and long-term business value. With over a decade of experience across digital transformation, process reengineering, and change management, she works closely with executive leadership to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver scalable transformation strategies from concept through execution. Alongside her role at CAI, Cassidy is the Founder of Women in Automation, a global community focused on advancing women in automation and AI through events, thought leadership, and community building. She is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Texas and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic Communication from Washington State University, with additional studies in International Business from the University of Westminster.
