His teams manage both Classical ML and Gen AI based algorithms and systems that drive Wayfair’s pricing and catalog strategies, delivering them at scale to tens of millions of customers with measurable business impact. Over his 20-year career, Vaidya has held engineering leadership roles at Amazon—driving data protection strategy for AWS Elastic File System and building scalable ML platforms for Alexa AI—and previously led the architecture and development of cloud-based Trading Order Management Systems at Eze Software.
